Ulule is one of the leading crowdfunding platforms in the world. Being #1 in Europe, Ulule is currently growing rapidly in North America and is looking for A-caliber people to support the growth.

Based out of Paris, the team consists of 50+ people. However, Ulule is very proud to be multi-local, meaning we also call home: Montreal, Barcelona, Rome and Antwerp. With our B-corp certification, and the availability of the website in 8 languages, we strongly believe in making a positive social impact across the whole world.

Our Montreal team of 10 works out of the groovy Mile-End area.

Position’s mission

Ulule has the highest success rate of all crowdfunding platforms. In 2018, 63% of all projects were successfully funded. This is widely due to the support and guidance provided by the Success Team, along with the personalized coaching given by our Crowdfunding Experts and the work our Product Team does to improve the platform itself.

As part of the Success Team, your role is to provide support to creators and entrepreneurs to make sure they have everything they need to know how to finance their projects. At the end of the day, we have one mission in the Success Team: helping creators and entrepreneurs and make sure their projects get funded.

You’ll be working closely with our Crowdfunding Experts and our Product teams to improve the product and maximize entrepreneurs and creators’ success.

Under the responsibility of our Success Team Manager, based in Montreal, our new Success team Representative will be in charge of:

  • Entrepreneurs and creators' assistance to launch and successfully run their crowdfunding campaign and maximize their success
  • User requests management for Ulule and Okpal through our different communication tools
  • Community (Ulule forum) management and animation
  • Offline pledge management
  • Help center and predefined answers continuous improvement
  • New needs and relevant users' proposals identification and feedback to Ulule other teams in order to improve our websites


The working schedule is a little bit particular, given the line of work: 37.5 hours from Tuesday to Saturday, in order to make sure that our users receive an on-time and efficient service ! Note that you will work in our office from Tuesday to Friday and can work from home on Saturday.

Also note that the first training weeks will happen from Monday to Friday in our office.

Profile

  • 2 / 3 years of study in communications/ marketing or the humanities
  • perfectly bilingual in English and French and/or Spanish
  • autonomous, motivated and you can be creative when you look into a problem
  • you adapt quickly to new tools
  • written communication needs to be impeccable and effortless: grammatically and structurally
  • good knowledge of social networks and internet use (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram..), you are yourself a frequent user
  • curious, open minded and with a strong level of empathy and good relations skills!
  • committed, rigorous and hard worker
  • you enjoy teamwork and you’re always in a good mood
  • you are comfortable with online collaboration tools (Slack, Google docs, etc.)
  • knowledge of the crowdfunding environment is a great plus!
  • you are immune to puns :)
