Being #1 in Europe, Ulule is currently growing rapidly in North America and is looking for A-caliber people to support the growth.

Based out of Paris, the team consists of 60+ people. However, Ulule is very proud to be multi-local, meaning we also call home: Montreal, Barcelona, Milan, Rome and Antwerp. With our B-corp certification, and the availability of the website in 8 languages, we strongly believe in making a positive social impact across the whole world.

Our Montreal team of 10 works out of the groovy Mile-End area.

Position’s mission

Ulule is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Under the responsibility of our Customer Relation Responsible, based in Montreal, our new Customer Service Representative will be in charge of:

  • User requests management for Ulule and Okpal through our different communication tools
  • Community (Ulule forum) management and animation
  • Offline contributions management
  • Help center and predefined answers continuous improvement
  • New needs and relevant users proposals identification and feedback to Ulule other teams in order to improve our websites

The working schedule is a little bit particular, given the line of work: 37.5 hours from Sunday to Thursday, in order to make sure that our users receive an on-time and efficient service !


  • 2 / 3 years of study in communications/ marketing or the humanities
  • perfectly bilingual in french and english, (written) spanish and / or dutch is an added value
  • autonomous, motivated and you can be creative when you look into a problem
  • you adapt quickly to new tools
  • written communication needs to be impeccable and effortless: grammatically and structurally
  • good knowledge of social networks and internet use (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr..), you are yourself a frequent user
  • curious, open minded and with a strong level of empathy and good relations skills !
  • committed, rigorous and hard worker
  • you enjoy teamwork and you’re always in a good mood
  • you are comfortable with online collaboration tools (Slack, Google docs, etc.)
  • knowledge of the crowdfunding environment is a great plus!
  • you are immune to puns :)
